All rates are in Euro per night including breakfast, service charges and VAT. The total hotel bill has to be paid upon departure.
Location / Surroundings
All three hotels are particularly well-known for its exclusive location in the historic centre of Leipzig.
To the Leipzig/Halle Airport 18 km (11 miles).
The hotels don’t provide an airport shuttle bus.
The train from the Airport to the Main station Leipzig leaves every 20 minutes, duration about 10 minutes, costs about € 6.00 per person/way.
All three hotels are near to the Main station.
Method of guarantee the room reservation:
Credit Card
To guarantee your reservation please indicate your credit-card number, expire date and details of card holder.
If you do not have a credit card: a full deposit payment by bank draft is required, an appropriate invoice will be sent to you.
The amount of your check will be deducted from your final hotel bill, payable to the hotel upon departure.

Reservation Warranty
To ensure that your hotel reservation is made as required, please return the Hotel Reservation Form to the Congress Office as soon as possible but not later than October 15, 2009.
After this date, accommodation cannot be guaranteed to the mentioned rates.
Due to the Christmas market in Leipzig the available rooms in the city are very limited.
Rooms will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.
You will receive written confirmation of your hotel reservation together with confirmation of registration upon receipt of the full payment of the registration fee.
Please inform CBS immediately by fax of any changes in reservations.
